This earth-based ritual will help you move through blocks, inner criticism and self-doubts around creativity and expression. You will emerge empowered, expanded and ready to bring more of your full expression to your life, relationships, art and work in the world.

We use the modalities of earth-based ritual, movement practices, group sharing and journaling in this gentle, insightful and fun journey.

No dance or movement experience is necessary. This ritual includes movement as a key part of your personal process but it's not performance. You can feel safe and comfortable to explore your own body wisdom in this space.


Through this experience you will:

- Discover and uncover your authentic expression

About the Facilitator: Flow Belinsky is a Creative Catalyst, Memoir Mentor and Ritualist based in Bend Oregon. She has been leading ritual and transformational experiences for over 15 years. A coach, a movement facilitator, a group leader, an artist of many forms Flow weaves all her years of talent, experience and insight into the Creative Liberation Ritual.

Workshop fee: $25-45 Sliding Scale

Please bring a water bottle, notebook, pen and a cushion to sit on. Wear comfortable clothing you can sit on the ground and move easily in. Chairs are available for those who need them.
