Holidays are around the corner, let's cook up some wonderful plant-based side dishes and veggies that are mouth-warming comfort food for anyone at your dinner table. Soul-satisfying dishes that are not that far from our holiday favorites!

In this class, Suzanne will focus on plant-based protein entrees that you can start incorporating into your diets. Whether your goal is to be a complete vegan or just to include more healthy plant proteins and veggies in your diet, this class will cover it all. Suzanne will discuss plant-based protein sources and why GMO-free is not always the best choice.

Handouts and recipes will be given. Please have a light lunch before you come as samples won't be ready until well into the class.
