Welcome to the Vision Board: Keys to Actualization Workshop. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Plant-based snacks and beverages with be provided. Supplies included are boards, glue sticks, scissors, stickers and magazines. Feel free to bring your favorite magazines or any other embellishments you might like to add.

Please note this is a great friends and family experience to do together and a clarifying supportive way to start the New Year!
