Through sound, movement, chanting, singing and writing, we will explore and experience creativity together. Why you might ask - - it is the doorway to fun, confidence, community building and all out joy! Learn deep listening, improvisational techniques and expressive singing while witnessing others magnificence as well. Totally appropriate for beginners, introverts and extroverts alike.
